In case you have forgotten your old password, it is necessary to go through the enrollment process again to obtain a digital identity and, thus, be able to set a new password. If you are using the ROeID application on your mobile phone, please delete the application data or uninstall it completely, then reinstall it on your mobile device. If you haven't installed the application yet, we recommend downloading it from Google Play or the App Store.
