Go close to a light source and take pictures with the light behind the camera. Make sure there are no bright reflections on your ID card when you photograph it. Present your original ID card during video recording according to the on-screen instructions. Read clearly, loudly and very clearly the words indicated on the screen. Don't hold your phone close to you. Your image should be visible when you speak.
